Agentic Scoring & Usage Rights Requesting for 146K Videos
Most brands dream of going viral. Our customer actually did. Over the summer, they were flooded with 146,000 testimonial videos. That’s basically one new video every single minute.
It’s a good problem to have, what I call a yacht problem. Too much success, not enough hands to keep up.
Here’s the challenge: they wanted to use these videos as ads. But even with a large team, they could only review about 10% of the content. The other 90% just sat there. Wasted.
They’re only human. And that’s where AI comes in.
We built an a/gentic system that takes over the heavy lifting.
First, the Scoring Agent watches every video (one per minute, 24/7 non-stop to keep up with the volume), analyzes it and scores it using the brand’s highly detailed selection criteria and past high-performing ads. Anything that scores over 60 gets pushed to the next step.
Then, the Usage Rights Requester Agent finds the creator’s email and sends a personalized message based on the content of the video. Instead of a slow manual contract process, the system now sends an automated agreement that the creator can sign instantly.
Once usage rights are secured, the Scene Prep Agent vectorizes the visuals and the transcripts and drops everything into Pinecone. Now the videos are fully searchable, by what’s shown and by what’s said.
From there, the content flows into a Google Sheet that powers the brand’s Meta ad operations. And this is where it gets fun.
Instead of opening CapCut or a traditional video editor, the team just writes what they want in a Google Sheet cell: move the hook to the front, delete this sentence, add captions. The Ad Maker Agent makes the edits automatically and drops the new video URL back into the sheet. That’s the final version ready for Meta.
The impact is massive. They’re now able to secure usage rights at scale, create many multiples of the ads they used to, and test at a pace they never thought possible.
And all this without adding a single new team member.
146,000 videos over the summer. 50,000 per month going forward. What used to be overwhelming is now fuel for growth, thanks to a/gentic flows.
